The Property is a three-bedroom holiday home plus a games room. It has a connecting three-bedroom apartment if required. The living area has Sky digital television with teletext, video, tape/CD player. The games room is downstairs and includes a second television, two divans and a pool table.

Car Rental Discount: When booking ask about the special discounts we have negotiated with a rental car company for our guests. Parking for two cars is under cover by the front door of the house and well off the street.

Queenstown is a wonderful place to visit all year round. 44 Panorama Terrace is an ideal base from which to explore Central Otago & Southland and visit such places as Arrowtown, Cromwell, Milford Sound, Lake Manapouri, Doubtful Sound, Glenorchy, Lake Wanaka and Lake Dunstan.

The house

44 Panorama is a generously provisioned house with fantastic panoramic views. The house has a very comfortable feel with relaxing beds and furnishings. Our location is 10-12 minute walk from the centre of Queenstown or a $7.00 taxi ride. It sits just above the quiet road, its driveway leads up to undercover parking which will fit 2-3 cars.

There is a total of 6 bedrooms; two rooms are King size only, two are Twin size only, one can be either Twin or King size and the last room us a single bed with a roll away underneath. All beds are within 3 years old and are well complemented. All linen is supplied. The house will be arranged to your requirements before arrival.

The breathtaking views are found from the open lounge dining area and deck, they are unimpeded and you see all three arms of the lake and surrounding mountains which covers roughly 230 degrees. On the deck you will find the recently purchased BBQ and outside furniture to enjoy the backdrop with some food and a few drinks. The living area has 2 leather couches, there is 40 inch LCD Sky TV and a gas fire in the lounge area, and as well there is plenty of electric heating. In the rumpus room down stairs there is a pool table and another TV. Free wireless broadband access is provided, just bring your laptop.

Location

Panorama Terrace, as the names suggests, has incredible views and is the location of this exclusive rental holiday home. Panorama Terrace is in the prime area of Queenstown usually referred to as "The Dress Circle" by locals and Real Estate agents.
